Richmond Rescue requested assistance with a litter evacuation from the Long Trail a mile and a half south of Bolton Mountain summit. Teams were able to drive ATVs to Bryant Camp, then hiked up Birch Loop and Raven's Wind to access the Long Trail. The hiker had an ankle injury and was unable to bear weight. Her injury was immobilized, and she was treated for minor hypothermia. She was packaged in a stokes litter w/a wheel and evacuated south on the Long Trail to the Eagles Nest trail and back down to the Bolton Valley Resort. She was then transported to the Medical Center by Richmond Rescue.
